AquaServe Uganda Ltd., a regional water treatment company, hired Inventors to automate operations at one of its semi-manual treatment facilities.
We designed and installed a full PLC-based control system for pumps, valves, and chemical dosing units. A custom SCADA interface was developed to allow remote monitoring, parameter adjustments, and alert notifications via web dashboards.
The result was a 50% reduction in manual operations, faster response to system anomalies, and better compliance with water quality standards.
Operators can now monitor key metrics like turbidity, flow rate, and tank levels from any location, improving plant efficiency and safety.
